Alamo Credit Recovery uses a 5 phase collection
process to handle all accounts placed:

- Skip Tracing- We do all of our skip tracing in
house for best results. - Debt Validation- We conduct in-depth research
to make sure the debt is owed - Call Center- This is the most important step,
we give the accounts to the call center and let
our experienced collectors call the debtors in an
ethical manner. - Credit Bureau Reporting- After 60 days of no
contact, we report the debtor to all 4 National
Credit Bureau's. - Personal Notification- After any number of days
we will send out a representative, employed by
our company, to the debtors home or office to
see if payment arrangements can be made.
